The (Male) Model as Muse

Typically I don’t really discuss men’s fashion. Perhaps that isn’t fair, but being a female fashion lover, I am already more drawn to women’s fashion and to be honest, always find it to be more interesting. Sometimes I think there are just more limitations to menswear. The modeling world is also generally more interested in female models, but several male models have emerged as muses over the years, usually due to interest by designers, such as Baptiste Giabiconi for Karl Lagerfeld, and Brad Kroenig before him. Now, Rick Genest has been gaining popularity as muse for Gaga fashion friend, and Mugler Creative Director, Nicola Formichetti. Recently shot for FFW Magazine by photographer Zee Nunes, his look alone certainly adds a unique element of interest:
